Project Overview: To better house his growing practice, Dr. Carrillo chose to move one block from his 900-square-foot office to a new 1,400-square-foot "raw shell" space.

Smart Services: Space plan review (for potential code and ADA issues [preliminary plan provided by the equipment vendor]); design development (architectural details and finish/color scheme); construction documents; construction administration.

Client Feedback: "I was so grateful I didn't have to take care of all the interior design issues myself.
