Project Overview: Carmen Strather moved to San Diego enthused to open a new, trendy retail store catering to young women. Unfortunately, realizing her dream took a lot longer than she anticipated because of problems with the general contractor. Tease Boutique’s projected opening date was delayed on several occasions, but just in time for the 2011 holiday season, the downtown store opened its doors.

Weeks 4 – 7

Electrical, HVAC, and drywall are finished.

Weeks 8 – 10

First coats of paint are applied to walls and ceiling and flooring installation begins.

Weeks 11 – 14

Flooring is completed, millwork is installed and lighting is installed.
